Washingtonian Recognizes Children’s National “Top Doctors”

October 25, 2016

Washington, DC – Sixty Children’s National physicians were named “Top Doctors” by Washingtonian Magazine in its 2016 list of the region’s best providers. This elite group of professionals represents a wide array of specialties including Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, and Urology.

“I’m so proud of the excellence, expertise, and dedication of our physicians,” said Kurt Newman, MD, President and CEO of Children’s National. “We are honored that Washingtonian ‘Top Doctors’ recognizes the expert care Children’s National physicians provide the children in our region.”

Washingtonian “Top Doctors” is a listing of the region’s best doctors nominated by other physicians in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Eight acknowledged physicians also practice at several Northern Virginia locations through Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV).
