HSC Home Care, LLC offers family-centered home care services for children and young adults living in Washington, DC, and people of all ages who live in Maryland. Learn more about the HSC Home Care. 

Referring Patients

Patients can receive home care services only if they have an order from their provider. Please contact us directly if you have questions about an order for home care services.

Eligibility for Services

We provide home care services to patients in Washington, DC and Maryland:

Patients who live in Washington, DC. HSC Home Care offers services for infants, children, and young adults up to age 21 with complex disabilities, like developmental delays, cerebral palsy or brain injuries.

Patients who live in Maryland. HSC Health & Residential Services offers care for people of all ages—infants to adults—who need care in the home.

Insurance Payers

HSC Home Care covers services through:

• Private Health Insurance. See the list of plans we accept. If a patient’s plan is not listed, we may be able to help.
• Medicare and/or Medicaid. If the patient has either Medicare or Medicaid or both, their home services are covered.
• Private Pay. In some cases we will accept payment directly from the patient, depending on the type of service and the staff available.
