Sports Evaluations
ACL Injury Prevention Evaluation with 3D Motion Analysis
Combining state of the art 3D motion capture technology in our Sports Performance and Motion Analysis Lab with the clinical expertise of our Sports Performance and Injury Prevention team, we will evaluate the athlete's:
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Athletic performance
By examining the quality of movement and performance, this evaluation will allow an athlete to better understand the way their body moves and identify areas that may contribute to risk of ACL injury. For maximum benefit, we recommend participation in our ACL Injury Prevention Training Sessions following your evaluation.
Injury Prevention Evaluation
A physical evaluation performed by one of our highly skilled injury prevention specialists, specifically trained to understand and identify limitations and movement patterns that may contribute to an increased risk of injury. This comprehensive evaluation will assess the athlete's:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Balance
- Control
- Ability to safely perform functional and athletic movements specific to their sport/activity and individual goals.
For maximum benefit, we recommend participation in our Injury Prevention Training Sessions following your evaluation.
Performance Evaluation
A physical evaluation performed by one of our highly skilled performance specialists, specifically trained to understand and identify areas of inefficiency and to improve athletic performance. This comprehensive evaluation will assess the athlete's:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Ability to generate power
- Balance/control
- Cardiovascular and muscular endurance
- Athletic performance based on the athlete’s specific sport/activity and their individual performance goals.
For maximum benefit, we recommend participation in our Performance Training Sessions following your evaluation.
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Performance Evaluation®
A physical evaluation performed by one of our certified Titleist® Performance Institute (TPI) performance specialists, specifically trained to understand and identify strengths, limitations and necessary steps to improve overall golf performance. This golf-specific fitness evaluation includes the official TPI physical screen as well as a comprehensive assessment of the athlete's:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Power
For maximum benefit, we recommend participation in our Golf Performance Training Sessions following your evaluation.
ACL Injury Prevention Training Sessions
A personalized training session with one of our highly skilled injury prevention specialists, specifically trained to identify and address limitations and movement patterns that may contribute to an increased risk of ACL injury. During these sessions, the injury prevention specialist will work with the athlete to develop and properly execute a personalized training program with the goal of reducing the athlete’s risk of an ACL injury. The program will focus on improving:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Alignment
- Ability to safely perform sport specific movements
These training sessions should be preceded by an Injury Prevention Evaluation, with or without 3D Motion Analysis, to provide optimal customization of the athlete’s training program. We recommend at least 1-2 sessions a week for four (4) to six (6) weeks for best results.

The program will focus on improving:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Power
- Endurance

Golf Performance Training Sessions
A personalized training session with one of our highly skilled Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified performance specialists, specifically trained to identify and address the athlete’s strengths, limitations and necessary steps to improve their overall golf performance. During these sessions, the injury prevention specialist will work with the athlete to develop and properly execute a personalized training program with the goal of improving the athlete’s overall fitness and golf performance. The program will focus on improving:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Power as it relates to their golf swing
These training sessions should be preceded by the TPI Golf Performance Evaluation to provide optimal customization of the athlete’s training program. We recommend at least 1-2 sessions a week for four (4) to six (6) weeks for best results.
