New patients can call Urology to schedule an in-person appointment, procedure or telehealth visit at 202-476-5042, option 1.
If you are a new patient, prepare for your visit by completing the following forms:

Current Patients
Please consider joining the patient portal to hasten communication, ordering of tests and scheduling follow-up visits. The added benefit is immediate access to results and reports. If you have questions, please call the portal support helpline 24/7 at 1-877-621-8014.
If the patient is under 13:
- To protect patient privacy, call 866-355-0385 and select Option 1 to request an invitation be sent to your private email.
If the patient is 13-17:
- To protect patient privacy, call 866-355-0385 and select Option 1 to request an invitation be sent to your private email.
- You can also contact the department your child was seen in and request a portal invite.
If the patient is 18 and over:
- Self-enroll
- You will need the patient's medical record number (MRN) to create an account.
- You can get the patient's MRN any of the following ways:
- The patient's MRN can be found on: discharge documents, clinic notes, the patient's hospital bracelet or a billing statement.
- Call 866-355-0385 and select Option 1.
- Call Medical Records at 202-476-5267 and select Option 7.

Urodynamics Testing Questions
- Call 202-476-5042 and ask to speak with the nurse practitioner for routine questions about urodynamics testing.
- Call 202-476-2162, to let us know that you are late or cannot come on your scheduled testing date.
