Safe Kids District of Columbia is committed to helping children and families prevent injury and injury-related death in children and youth through educational programs and outreach activities which include:

Safe Kids District of Columbia, led by Children’s National Health System, is part of the division of Emergency Medicine and Trauma Care.

Safe Kids District of Columbia is one of over 400 coalitions across the world that make up Safe Kids Worldwide, a global network of organizations dedicated to preventing unintentional injuries in children.
