Laurence Davidson, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and he completed his neurosurgery residency at the Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center with pediatric neurosurgery subspecialty training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Following his neurosurgery training, Dr. Davidson spent 10 years on Active Duty in the U.S. Army where he served as the Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Walter Reed Medical Center.
Dr. Davidson is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and an active member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) and the AANS/CNS Section on Pediatric Neurological Surgery.
Dr. Davidson specializes in care of children with a variety of central nervous system pathology, including Chiari malformations, hydrocephalus, craniosynostosis, intracranial cysts, spina bifida and brain tumors. He uses minimally-invasive endoscopic techniques to treat intracranial cysts, tumors and craniosynostosis.
