To make an appointment with one of our providers, you can be referred by your child’s primary care provider or another specialist, or you can call us directly.

Call the Bear Line at 888-884-BEAR (2327) or 202-476-BEAR (2327).
If you require an immediate outpatient appointment, call the Bear Line Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If your child is in immediate risk of harming him/herself or others, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Parking is available in our main campus garage, and parking tickets are validated by the following departments: Family Services (for Social Work clients only), Parking Office (for parents without funds; one time only), and the Security Office (for parents without funds when the Parking Office is closed or parents with a letter signed by a representative of the clinic).
