Sleep Expert Says Local Teens Are Sleep Deprived

A new national study from Columbia University found less than 10 percent of teens were getting the CDC-recommended amount of sleep. Daniel Lewin, PhD, Associate Director of Sleep Medicine, spoke to WTOP. He says the data reflects what he's seen locally and talks about the contributing factors and risks associated with teens not getting enough sleep.
