Important Home Care Update

We want to let you know that Children's National Home Care, previously HSC Home Care and HSC Health & Residential Services, is now closed. We will no longer provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, licensed social work or home health aide services in the District of Columbia through Children’s National Home Care or skilled nursing and home health services in Maryland.

Our priority is to support a smooth transition for your child’s care. In compliance with regulatory requirements from the District of Columbia State Health and the Department of Health, families may still request their complete medical records.
