If your doctor has prescribed your child a medication called a “specialty” medication, we are here to guide you through this process. Often, specialty medications require more pharmacy support and attention due to potential side effects, insurance requirements and extra help needed to make sure they are used effectively.
When you choose Children’s National Specialty Pharmacy, we work closely with you, your doctors and nurses. Our team of clinical pharmacy specialists are trained in your child’s condition and can help when you need it most. From providing medication education and teaching to making sure your child’s refills are on time and any side effects are addressed, we have you covered.
