The Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Training Program at Children’s National is a 36-month program that encompasses clinical, research and academic training.

Night Call

Fellows take overnight call at both George Washington and Children's National (cross cover is in one location per block). Calls range on average every fifth to eighth day—with the exception of the CICU block and pre-attending Children's National block being call free. There is a graduated decrease in calls over the three years of training.
