Children’s National is ranked one of the top 10 pediatric hospitals in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. Additionally, Children's National is tied for #1 in the Mid-Atlantic region, and achieved top 10 honors for seven hospital divisions.
Our Care Earns Nursing’s Highest Honors
Children’s National has been Magnet designated since 2010, as we achieved initial Magnet designation in 2010, with subsequent redesignations in 2015 and 2020. Less than 10% of hospitals nationwide have achieved this highest recognition for excellence in nursing.
