Building on the momentum and inspiration of the 1st DC Regional Academy on Family Violence, the Child and Adolescent Protection Center will collaborate with the DC Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence (DCCADV) and the Academy on Violence and Abuse to establish an ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experience) Academy webinar series. Using a webinar format, we are hosting multiple interactive one hour sessions that focus on trauma-informed systems of care, interpersonal violence, adversity and resilience.

The DC Regional Academy on Family Violence: Generational Trauma-Breaking the Cycle took place on May 4-5, 2023 virtually and in-person at the Kellogg Conference Center. Multiple sessions were recorded and are now available for viewing and CNE credit below.

This series is presented as a live Zoom meeting. Participants are welcome to join remotely through Zoom.
