To make an appointment, please call 202-476-3611, and then choose option 1. Appointments are made only by specialized referral. Contact clinical coordinator or email  us. Referrals to the clinic should come from the referring pediatrician’s office. 

Families can email the program or call 202-476-2120 to verify proper placement into the clinic. 

Families will need separate referrals for Specialty Pediatric visits, Complex Care, Genetics, Speech Language, Neurology, and Physical Medicine.
