Anorexia Nervosa
- Excessive preoccupation with food and dieting
- Abnormal weight loss
- Loss of menstrual periods
- Distorted body image
- Physical changes such as constipation, coldness, and/or low pulse
- Rigid eating habits, vomiting, and/or laxative abuse
Bulimia
- Preoccupation with food and eating
- Secretive binge eating
- Fear of loss control over eating and weight
- Menstrual irregularities
- Weight fluctuations due to bingeing and fasting
- Vomiting or laxative abuse
- Physical changes such as swollen glands or eroded tooth enamel
