Sairah Khan, M.D., is a cardiologist at Children’s National Health System. A Northern Virginia native, she recently returned to the area to join the Children's National Heart Institute as part of the Heart Failure and Transplant team. Dr. Khan earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed her Pediatrics residency at the University of North Carolina followed by a Cardiology fellowship at Nationwide Children's in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Khan also completed an advanced fellowship in Pediatric Heart Failure, Cardiomyopathy and Transplant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Today, she lives in Arlington, Virginia, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking in DC’s sights and cuisine.
