This center is one of many outpatient centers within Children’s National Health System that offer patients excellent care throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Children’s National staffs the well-baby nursery and Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, offering 24-hour coverage, consultations, assessments, and care to premature and critically ill newborn babies as well as direct access to pediatric subspecialty services at the Children’s National main downtown location. Children's also provides hospital medicine as well as telemedicine services for several specialties for patients at the Salisbury, MD, facility.
