Terry Kind, MD, MPH



Terry Kind, M.D., MPH, is a pediatrician for Children's Health Center at Martin Luther King, a community-based health center in Southeast Washington, D.C. She also serves as the Assistant Dean for Clinical Education and as Professor of Pediatrics at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She has served as the Director of Pediatrics Medical Student Education since 2008. She also serves as a professional development mentor and co-directs the Behavior and Development theme.

Dr. Kind was a founding member of the Metropolitan DC Reach Out and Read Coalition and was its former Medical Director. She is board certified in pediatrics, has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) since 2002, and previously served on the Editorial Board of PediaLink.
