<p>Attendees will be provided with information via lecture, discussion and case studies on trauma system, trauma assessment, care of the pediatric burned patient, closed head injury, pediatric orthopedic injuries including compartment syndrome, forensic nursing via NAT ( non-accidental trauma).</p>

Overview: It is an all day class for those new to pediatrics or new to Children’s Hospital. Attendees will be provided with information via lecture, discussion and case studies on  trauma system, trauma assessment, care of the pediatric burned patient, closed head injury, pediatric orthopedic injuries including compartment syndrome, forensic nursing via NAT ( non-accidental trauma).
