CNPA Chevy Chase has joined the rest of Children’s National on MyChildrensPortal to ensure we have up-to-date technology and seamless care for your family. This portal switch also includes a new scheduling and medical records system. We look forward to connecting with you on MyChildrensPortal and thank you for your patience as our team adapts to these new changes. 
 
The existing patient portal ended operations on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024. Any messages or requests sent on the old portal after this date will not be received by our team. If you have urgent needs during this time, please contact the CNPA Chevy Chase office directly.

Instructions

If you already have a MyChildrensPortal account for other Children’s National specialty clinics, no action is needed. Your account will automatically include CNPA Chevy Chase starting Feb. 1. Families not already using MyChildrensPortal will be provided instructions on how to connect to the portal. You will also receive updated information via email. 

Changes to Billing Statements and Online Payments

Visits On or After Feb. 1, 2024

CNPA Chevy Chase switched to a new patient portal on Feb. 1 and now has a new bill type. Any appointments on or after Feb. 1, 2024, will use the new statement (orange) seen here.
