Children’s National is providing drive-up/walk up COVID-19 test collection only for pediatric patients who have a physician’s referral. Even though there are stay at home orders, it is completely acceptable to leave the house for testing. If you think your child needs to be tested, please ask your child’s physician for a referral.

COVID-19 Family and Caregiver Policy
We are taking extra steps to protect our patients, families and staff, including updating our visitation policy. Only one parent/caregiver can accompany a child for an appointment and only one parent/caregiver can be at a child’s bedside at a time. The decision to restrict our visitation policy was difficult, and we thank you for helping us keep our patients, staff and community safe.
