About the Provider

Soleak Sim, MD, joined Children’s National Pediatricians & Associates (CNPA) from Chicago where she spent nine years working in community pediatrics. Before moving to Chicago, she worked in Cambodia for two years on a research study. She completed her pediatric residency in the primary care track at the University of California San Francisco in 2002.

Dr. Sim attended medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx and completed undergraduate studies at Stanford University. Dr. Sim is accepting new patients from newborns to adolescents with special interest in the management of asthma and eczema. She also enjoys working with Spanish-speaking families, and speaks both Spanish and Khmer.

Outside of pediatrics, she is looking forward to trying out every great restaurant in the area with her husband and young daughter.
