Nancy Bauman, MD, is a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist at Children's National Hospital and a professor at George Washington University. Her clinical otolaryngologic interests include managing complex diseases of the larynx and tracheobronchial tree.
Dr. Bauman is an advocate of multidisciplinary care for complex pediatric conditions. She co-initiated the multidisciplinary Vascular Anomalies Clinic at Children’s National in 2008 and the Aerodigestive Clinic in 2012. She has authored more than 125 medical publications and 20 book chapters and directed 11 international airway courses and 8 laser courses. She reviews manuscripts for multiple Otolaryngology journals and serves on the Editorial Board of the Annals of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
