Mi Ran Shin, M.D., is a graduate of Cornell University and Korea University of Medicine. She completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and completed her Pediatric Rehabilitation Fellowship at Children’s National Hospital. She is also currently completing her master’s in public health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with focus on injury prevention for children with special needs and advocacy for children with special needs.
Dr. Shin serves as pediatric physiatrist in a few multidisciplinary clinics: Leukodystrophy Clinic, Neuro-oncology Clinic, Neurofibromatosis Clinic and Spina Bifida Clinic. She also serves a consultant in Safe Kids DC for children with special needs.
She is associate program director for fellowship program in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at Children’s National.
