Otto Louis-Jacques, M.D., is a gastroenterologist at Children’s National Hospital. Dr. Louis-Jacques is a native of Haiti that came to the United States at age 9. He studied and attended medical school in France, followed by a residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and a fellowship at the University of Michigan. Dr. Louis-Jacques has remained in the mid-Atlantic with his wife and three children since 2000; first at the University of Maryland and then in practices between Northern Virginia and Rockville, Maryland.
