Biography

Mary Donofrio, M.D., is a national expert in prenatal cardiology and has published over 130 papers, including the American Heart Association Scientific Statement on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fetal Cardiac Disease. She is one of the founders and current president of the Fetal Heart Society, a non-profit organization created to advance the art and science of prenatal cardiovascular medicine, improve the understanding of in-utero cardiovascular physiology by fostering scientific research, organized research collaboration and mentorship, and educate medical and research professionals through scientific publications, education and meetings.
