The CNPA Patient Portal has a new home.
Joining the rest of Children's National on MyChildrensPortal ensures we have up-to-date technology and seamless care for your family. This portal switch also includes a new scheduling and medical records system. We look forward to connecting with you on MyChildrensPortal and thank you for your patience as our team adapts to these new changes.
The existing portal ended operations on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022. Any messages or requests sent via the current CNPA Greenway portal after this date will not be received by our team. If you have urgent needs during this time, please contact your CNPA location directly.
If you already have a MyChildrensPortal account for other Children's National specialty clinics, no action is needed. Your account will automatically include CNPA as of Nov. 1, 2022. If your child is currently seen by a Children's National specialist and you have not yet accessed MyChildrensPortal, you may follow the specialty care portal instructions above.
Families who do not see a Children’s National specialist can request access to the new MyChildrensPortal. Families can request an invite when calling to schedule their next CNPA visit or at their next CNPA appointment.
