Less talk, more action: Addressing unconscious bias among health professionals

This year's Jill Joseph Lectureship speaker is Stephen B. Thomas, Ph.D. He presents "Less Talk More Action: Addressing Unconscious Bias among Health Professionals" during this Grand Rounds session.

There is a growing body of evidence that unconscious bias has infected professionals dedicated to healing human suffering. This presentation is designed to generate self-reflection on how issues of racial and ethnic discrimination have infiltrated the health science professions and what we must do to heal ourselves.
