The annual "Top Doctors" list features care providers across several specialties who were nominated by their peers from eight local hospitals.

Washingtonian magazine’s “Top Doctors” lists the region’s best doctors nominated by other physicians in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. 65 Children’s National physicians are recognized.

The prestigious list includes 104 Children’s National physicians from 26 specialties. Nominations for Northern Virginia Magazine’s list of “Top Doctors” are generated by a peer survey and panels from eight local hospitals. Each panel nominated the doctors based on internal evaluations, patient reviews, patient access, training and quality of records.
