For Parents in the NICU
Parents and families have questions about our NICU, equipment and treatments as well as possible resources we offer. In this section, we provide answers to many of these questions.
Caring for a sick or premature infant is unique, and each family will have a different experience. From our doctors, to our nurses, to our therapy staff, we do everything we can to make your time in the NICU as comfortable as possible. We will teach you how to hold and care for your baby, so you can develop your special bond. We also explain the machines and monitoring devices our staff will use to care for your baby. Please ask us any question or voice any concern. Our staff knows that the more confident you feel, the better it will be for your baby and your entire family.
