  • Lilia Mucka Andrew, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Division of Psychology and Behavioral Health at Children's National Hospital. Dr. Andrew specializes in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), tic disorders, PANDAS, depression and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and the comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT). She takes a patient-centered approach to help youth and their families to build skills and reach their therapeutic goals and. Dr. Andrew's research interests include parent and child motivation, barriers to treatment and goal engagement, and treatments for anxiety disorders.
