Research, Education and Innovation Week 2022: Call for Abstracts!

The abstract submission application is now open.

Dear colleagues,

The Children’s National Research Institute is excited to kick off the 12th Annual Research, Education and Innovation (REI) Week, April 4-8, 2022, with the launch of the abstract submission application!

Research Week began in 2000 as a single Research Day, and in 2011 evolved into Research Week in its current expanded format. This event gives us a chance to acknowledge the scholarly achievements of our community, hear from experts from our own community and around the world and showcase the research and education programs at Children's National Hospital.

We hope to hold in-person lectures and poster presentation sessions if the COVID-19 guidelines allow and will provide updates as the situation changes. All event information and program updates can be found on the REI Week website.

The abstract submission period begins today, November 22, 2021. We encourage everyone engaged in lab-based and translational research, clinical research, community research, education and training development, and quality improvement to submit abstracts by 5 p.m. on January 10, 2022.

We look forward to your participation in REI Week 2022 and to bringing back at least some part of the in-person experience. If you have any questions about the event, abstract submissions or any other component of REI Week 2022, please contact [email protected].

Thank you,
