The Children's Research Institute
Children's National Hospital provides an array of informatic analysis services, including support for next-generation sequencing, designing research experiments and clinical trials. Resources both at Children's National and George Washington University are available for investigators through the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at Children's National.
In addition to analysis of high throughput next generation sequencing data, the CRI Bioinformatics Unit also assists in experimental study design and planning, manuscript section writing/grant writing support, data management and quality control as well as support in using software tools.
Our Biomedical Informatics core assists investigators with clinical data extraction, management and analysis.
