Our work with children, teens and young adults helps families find ways to manage diabetes in everyday life.
Under the direction of Children's National Chief of Psychology and Behavioral Health Randi Streisand, Ph.D., CDE, and psychologist Maureen Monaghan, Ph.D., MS, the Diabetes Behavioral Research Team conducts research focusing on children, teens and young adults with diabetes. We work on finding ways to help families best fit diabetes management into everyday life.
