Followers of Virginia politics know the Lieutenant Governor presides over the Senate and casts tie-breaking votes, but what they may not know is that in addition to his government service, Ralph Northam is also a pediatric neurologist, practicing at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Northam will discuss pediatric concussions and the intersection of clinical work and legislation in the pursuit of effectively treating children.
