Collaborative models to advance mental health in schools


Olga Acosta Price, Ph.D., is director of Center for Health and Health Care in Schools at the George Washington University. Dr. Price discusses collaborative models and mental health during this Grand Rounds session.

This lecture will discuss how mental health programs and resources are delivered in schools both locally and statewide. A description of the ways pediatric health care systems can collaborate with schools on the provision of direct and referral services will be highlighted. This Grand Rounds lecture is part of 2019 Community Health Improvement Week, hosted by the Child Health Advocacy Institute and sponsored by Judy and Peter Kovler.
