Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Scholarship students visited Children’s National on 24 May 2016. The students demonstrated a traditional UAE dance and taught the patients how to write their names in Arabic, among other fun activities. Part of the visit was covered live on WPAW, Children’s National and Seacrest Studios’ closed-circuit television and radio station, so all of the patients who were not able to make it to the event could also be involved. The students also toured the Sheikh Zayed Institute and made a generous toy donation for the kids at the hospital.
UAE college students spent time visiting with patients at Children’s National. The students shared a little about the UAE and spread lots of fun and laughter to all the kids.
