As students head back to school, some sports have already begun conditioning for the fall season and an important part of practice is hydration.
But we wondered, what is the difference between sports drinks and energy drinks, so we asked Brooke Bokor, MD, MPH, from Children's National Health System Department of Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine for a breakdown in the video below.
