Children's National offers urgent appointments for fractures

At Children’s National, our Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine team understands that when accidents happen, children need to be seen quickly to address their pain and create a care plan that keeps their growth in mind. That’s why we’ve blocked off time for urgent fracture appointments and created a separate referring physician phone line to address your concerns about your patients with fractures.

Providers can call 202-476-BONE to speak with a dedicated nurse practitioner who will triage patients for urgent fracture appointments at our main campus in Washington, D.C. Urgent appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
