Children’s National is renovating four existing buildings on a nearly 12-acre portion of the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center campus in Washington, D.C. Children’s National Hosts Sickle Cell Disease Educational Event

Families and staff from Children's National Comprehensive Sickle Cell Program gathered for an educational event at our main campus that included presentations from various government and advocacy organizations, sharing knowledge and experiences about the most common inherited blood disorder in the United States.

Childrens National Names Andrew Dauber Chief of Endocrinology

Our new chief is expected to build on the success of Children's National nationally-ranked endocrinology and diabetes division to grow a robust endocrinology research program here. Dr. Dauber honed his expertise leading teams at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital.
