Applicants to the CNH Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship must be successful graduates of an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program. Our program recognizes the importance of a diverse workforce, one that will enhance the care we provide to hospitalized children. We have taken several steps to ensure a fair application process, including implicit bias training for all of our faculty, fellows and GME staff members as well as de-identified application review by our recruitment committee. At this time, we are unable to accept applications from trainees who require a visa to continue training in the United States, though we are taking active steps to change that for the future.

We offer two-three fellow positions per year and accept applications via the AAMC Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Interviews typically run from October to early-November of each year. This year, all interviews will be conducted virtually.

We participate in the National Residency Match Program (NRMP) Pediatric Subspecialty Match. Please refer to the ERAS and NRMP websites for specific dates related to the application and match process.
