For 12 hours on March 22, more than 100 George Washington University students stood in solidarity for patients and families at Children’s National at a successful dance marathon that raised $36,624. From 3:00 pm to 3:00 am at the Lerner Health & Wellness Center in Foggy Bottom, students danced, played makeshift battleship, and raced each other up and down the center.To attend the event, each student raised at least $50, and several raised more than $1,000.
