Visitor Notices

Shuttle Service: Our people mover entrance from P1 to the Main Atrium is temporarily open. The people movers will be used as walking ramps, not moving walkways. Due to this change, the pick-up and drop-off location for the Brookland Metro, Columbia Heights, Union Station, or Massachusetts Avenue shuttles will be the P1 parking garage entrance for the next several months. Shuttles will continue to run as usual, please note you will now be dropped up and picked up at our P1 entrance. We appreciate your patience as we enhance our facilities.

Special Travel Advisory: If you have visited West Africa within 21 days, please notify a Children’s National team member when you check in.
