Katelin G. Heltz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner in the Hematology Department with a focus on Sickle Cell and chronic transfusion therapy.
Katelin received her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner major at Yale University School of Nursing. She graduated as a member of the Yale University Delta Mu chapter Nursing Honors Society. Her undergraduate nursing education was completed at Fairfield University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian of the School of Nursing.
She has trained in bone marrow and stem cell collection, and is certified by the End of Life Nursing Education Consortium.
