Biography

Dewesh Agrawal, M.D., is a physician in the Children's National Emergency Department. Since 2007, he has served as the program director for the Pediatric Resident Program. Dr. Agrawal was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and raised in Toledo, OH. He is an active researcher in the areas of medical education, pediatric fever evaluation and procedural sedation.

Dr. Agrawal's passion is education, and he is the recipient of numerous teaching awards including the prestigious 2005 Golden Apple Award from the Children's house staff. He enjoys traveling, running, and most of all, spending time with his children.
