Bio

Biography

Cara Pugliese, PhD, specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families. Her current research is focused on developing classroom strategies to help adolescents with ASD learn cognitive and behavioral flexibility, planning and organization skills. Dr. Pugliese received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Tech. She completed her Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Clinical Developmental Neuroscience at Children's National, prior to becoming a member of the CASD faculty.
