Pre-surgical Tour

We encourage families to visit the hospital for a Pre-Surgical tour so children and caregivers can familiarize themselves with the hospital and the surgical process by making the environment more comfortable, friendly and fun for them. Tours are conducted every Sunday at 2:00p.m. and include a visit to the Main Atrium, Surgery Waiting/Registration Areas, Pre-Op areas, Recovery rooms, and (for inpatients) an inpatient unit. The tour concludes with refreshments and a question-and-answer period. Pre-registration is required.
