Children's National Health Network (CNHN)
"Working Together to Improve Pediatric Care"
Children’s National Health Network is one of the country’s largest dedicated pediatric provider networks. CNHN brings together over 1400 community-based pediatricians in our region with the pediatric specialists, programs and services at Children’s National. CNHN improves regional pediatric care and collaboration through group business, educational and quality improvement initiatives. Enrollment in Children’s National Health Network is free to pediatricians and other physicians and licensed health care providers in good standing in the Washington, DC, and mid-Atlantic region.

CNHN sponsors CME programs annually for our members. Our educational goal is to improve care delivery and practice management. Meeting attendance is free to CNHN member pediatricians and key office personnel. These conferences are CME-accredited- which helps our members meet their licensure and maintenance of certification needs.
CNHN has sponsored its Future of Pediatrics CME Program annually each June since 1999. The program includes two full-days of CME presentations - targeted at improving the care provided by practicing pediatricians. We have aligned our CME program with the Children’s National Annual Medical Staff dinner- bringing our community pediatricians and Children’s National specialists together for an evening.
On Dec. 10, 2014, Children's National Health Network (CNHN) hosted the 17th CNHN Pediatric Practice Management Seminar, "The Business of Pediatrics: The Enhanced Medical Home" at the Marriott North Bethesda Conference Center.
CNHN has developed an online Pediatric Practice Job Board so that CNHN practices looking for pediatricians and pediatricians looking for practice positions can find each other.
Contact Donnita Pickett at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-476-2727 to join CNHN now. You will benefit from the region's best prices on vaccines and great CNHN programs that make your practice more successful.
Participation in the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program is now required for most pediatricians by the American Board of Pediatrics. However, provider participation does not need to be expensive, burdensome, or complicated. Children’s National Health Network (CNHN) has developed a practice-based model with Quality Improvement coaching support to help you meet your MOC QI requirement and to improve clinical care regionally.
By participating in CNHN group purchase agreements, member practices can be more successful by reducing practice expense and overhead for office and medical supplies.
Children’s National Health Network provides our members with programs and services that improve the quality of care for our patients and business success for our practices.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that every pediatrician join a vaccine group purchase program to better manage this ever-increasing practice expense. Only Children’s National Health Network offers its members the region’s “best pricing” on vaccines and access to other great programs and services that pediatricians need.
