Research and Education Week

Children’s National, through the Children’s Research Institute, hosts a yearly event for faculty, trainees, and staff to publicize research activities to our local community through poster presentation sessions. This event is meant to allow for everyone involved in Research and Education or community programmatic activities, to exchange scientific and/or educational information in a “home environment” in preparation for future national and international presentations. Children’s National encourages anyone in programmatic activities leading to discovery, regardless of academic rank, to participate in this important event.

Research and Education Week is the forum to showcase the research and education programs throughout the institution, including all of the CRI Research Centers, the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at Children’s National (CTSI-CN), the Sheikh Zayed Institute for Pediatric Surgical Innovation, Nursing Research, Magnet Nursing, and the Science Education Partnership Award (SEPA). Find out more about this year's Research Week activities, including poster sessions, lectures, and the awards ceremony.
