Children's National Opens New Patient Tower - November 18, 2007
Washington, DC– On Sunday, November 18, 2007, Children’s National Medical Center moved approximately 80 patients into its newest wing of the hospital—the East Inpatient Tower. In just under 8 hours, six units, including Critical Care, Heart and Kidney, Surgery, Hematology and Oncology, and Neurology and Orthopedics moved all patients to the new tower.
